It is classified as “Specialty Strictly Soft” coffee thanks to the care with which it is grown, harvested and processed. In the cup, it is moderately sweet and dense, with a toast-like aroma and a walnut flavour. These qualities mean that it is ideally suited to drinking at any time of day.
